Our Team

We would love to meet you in person at a tour of your chosen nursery, but in advance of your visit, you can meet some of our passionate and highly skilled team below:

Georgina Stanley

I oversee our family of four nurseries in Brighton and Hove, ensuring that we are providing the best in early years care and education, for the children in our settings.

Lucy Walker

Lucy has 21 years of experience in early years childcare and 10 years of experience in management roles under her belt, as well as her level 3 qualification in childcare. Even now, she still loves being hands-on and involved in the children’s day-to-day life while they’re at nursery and finding that balance with that, maintaining the overall running of the setting, and ensuring the wellbeing of our wonderful practitioners. In particular, she values building and maintaining positive relationships with the parents who trust the nursery every day to care for their little ones. When she’s not looking after them, she loves taking care of her dachshund, Richie!

Sam Holman

Hello My name is Sam,
I have worked in early years since leaving school, gaining a range of qualifications from NVQ’s to my BA in Childhood and Youth Studies.
I have 2 children of  my own, one of which attends the nursery too.
I adore story telling when with the children, which is why I feel best suited to my role here at our Hove Library nursery.
I  have a particular passion for aiding supportive and effective settling in processes for babies, ever since having my own children,
I am also extremely passionate about ensuring our team receive training to the highest standard to equip all with the skillset to feel most confident in their roles.

Macie Tullett

I am a qualified Early Years Educator with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and have progressed through my career within Hove Village. This journey has given me a strong understanding of our values and a real passion for delivering high-quality early years care.
I am committed to supporting the growth and development of our setting, our staff, and the families we work with. Creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident, creative and inspired is at the heart of everything I do.
I look forward to welcoming new families and working closely with children, parents, and staff to ensure every child receives the best possible start to their education.

Sarah Crouch

Before moving to Brighton, I grew up on a farm in the countryside. I have a passion for animals and particularly horse riding where I competed for Team GB in 2018! I love being outdoors but also love being wrapped up warm with a blanket, book and a hot chocolate!

Hannah Copping

I started my career as a primary school teacher, where I specialised in Science and climate education through the ‘Our City Our World’ project, as well as outdoor learning. In my spare time, I love spending time outdoors, weightlifting, and painting.
