Terms and Conditions – “One Month Free” Offer

Eligibility:

This offer is available to new families who register their child between 1st December 2025 and 31st December 2025 and whose child starts nursery by 30th April 2026.

Offer Details:

Eligible families will receive the equivalent of one month’s fees free, applied as a discount across their first 12 monthly invoices (or three termly invoices for termly billed settings).

1. • For monthly invoiced settings, the discount will be divided equally over 12 consecutive invoices.

• • For termly invoiced settings, the discount will be divided equally over 3 consecutive invoices.

Conditions of Offer:

1. • The offer applies per child and is non-transferable.

1. • The child must remain enrolled for the full 12-month (or 3-term) period to receive the full value of the offer.

1. • If the child leaves before this period ends, any remaining discount will be forfeited.

1. • The offer is only valid for standard nursery fees and does not apply to additional services (e.g. extra sessions or extracurricular activities which are not included in the standard nursery fee).

• • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other fee discount or offer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General:

1. • Hove Village Day Nurseries reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

1. • Offer subject to availability and may be limited to specific settings or age groups.

1. • Registration and deposit requirements still apply in accordance with the nursery’s standard terms and conditions.
